If you’ve looked at your social media in the last week, chances are you’ve spotted a video, Facebook update, profile picture change, or hashtag promoting the Bell Let’s Talk campaign. The campaign is part of Mental Health Awareness week, and it’s urging each and every one of us to start a conversation around mental health, and take it one step further by working together as a community to help increase awareness, change attitudes regarding mental illness, and reduce negative attitudes and stigma around mental health issues.
