When I first started lifting weights, I was completely broke. So I used bottles of water as weights. Soon after I progressed to wearing a pair of cheap wrist weights I nabbed from the bargain bin from a Winners department store. Score!

Many of us long for the toned biceps, shoulders, and triceps of Michelle Obama or Madonna (in my case Linda Hamilton from Terminator II was my inspiration, but I’m dating myself 🙂 Regardless of your personal inspiration, the folks at SupplementMart.com.au (with sourcing from Livestrong, Shape and Fitness magazines) have created this guide to gloriously sculpted arms.
