I love spinning…no, not in a circle, but on a stationary bike at my gym. In fact, I try to hit up a spin class a few times of week. Spin classes, or stationary cycling classes, have become an increasingly popular, high-intensity workout around the globe for the impressive amount of calories you can sweat off as you climb each peak and speed down each hill.
