Jillian Michaels is one of the most respected female fitness experts in the industry and she’s ready to share her diet secrets with you.

The mom-of-two dished her diet secrets to Shape Magazine this month and some of her nutritional choices might surprise you.

First off, Jillian told the popular magazine that she doesn’t never eats fast food and allows herself only one snack a day.

“I occasionally have a veggie sandwich from Subway when in a food dessert area for work,” she said. “I have had veggie burritos as well from places like Chipotle, but never a McDonalds or Taco Bell kind of place.”

Michaels says that the one snack she allots herself everyday must be eaten between lunch and dinner as she doesn’t believe in “eating throughout the day.”

“I eat every four hours. Breakfast at 8 AM, lunch at 12 PM, a snack around 4 PM, and dinner around 8 PM,” Jillian reveals of her incredibly strict routine.

Do you respect Jillian’s strict diet or do you think it’s ridiculous to maintain those types of eating habits everyday?
