As more and more people are choosing to live a more natural life, they’re looking to change up old habits, and this includes their beauty routine. Face masks are a great way to pamper yourself right at home, without spending a fortune going to the spa. Commercially produced face masks are still a cheaper alternative to the spa, but many can still cost big bucks, and they can contain chemicals and pharmaceutical ingredients that some people would rather avoid putting on their face.
The answer to this is easy, and just involves a little DIY. With a few simple ingredients you can make a variety of all-natural face masks to make your skin, and yourself feel gorgeous! If you have sensitive or eczema prone skin, be careful and speak with your dermatologist first.

Manly Man Mask
Ingredients:
1/2 a cucumber
1-2 tablespoons greek yogurt
Anyone who believes face masks are just for women should think again. This soothing, moisturizing face mask recipe will work wonders for even the manliest of men. Guys have a tendency to ignore their skin health and as a result, they can end up with rough, dry or damaged skin. Plus daily shaving can leave men with redness and irritating razor burn. Cucumber has a natural calming and cooling effect and can reduce redness while providing necessary moisture along with the greek yogurt.
To make the mask, peel, seed and chop the cucumber, then put through a food processor until it’s a pulpy puree. Mix in the greek yogurt by hand and spread evenly over face and neck. Allow to rest for 10-20 minutes (feel free to place some cucumber slices over your eyes for a real ‘spa experience’) then rinse with warm water. Of course women are welcome to try this mask as well.
